Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, information about a medical concern, medical reports, preferred destinations, travel-related information and communications required to respond to an enquiry. Please submit only information relevant to the coordination request.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, check whether records are administratively complete, coordinate communication with healthcare providers selected with the patient, arrange appointments and provide non-clinical visa, travel, accommodation and follow-up coordination. Rilova does not use submitted information to diagnose a condition or determine treatment.
Sharing with healthcare providers
Relevant information may be shared with selected hospitals, clinics or physicians after the patient or authorised representative confirms the intended recipients. Those providers are independent organisations and apply their own privacy and clinical policies.
Storage and access
Rilova limits access to personnel who require the information for authorised coordination work and takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect submitted records. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, coordination, legal or operational record-keeping. A patient may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
International transfer
When a patient asks Rilova to approach a healthcare provider abroad, relevant information may be transferred outside Bangladesh to that provider. We will identify the intended recipient before sharing medical records.
