Rilova is not a hospital and does not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment. All clinical decisions are made by qualified doctors and hospitals — our role is coordination, communication and travel support.
Why Rilova exists
Every year, patients from Bangladesh travel abroad for treatment they can't easily access at home — often navigating unfamiliar hospitals, paperwork and travel logistics largely on their own, at one of the most stressful moments in their lives.
Rilova was started to make that process more organised and more human: a single point of contact who helps gather medical records, communicate with hospitals abroad, and manage the practical side of travel — visas, flights and accommodation — so patients and their families can focus on what matters.
