These terms apply when a patient, family member or organisation uses rilovabd.com or asks Rilova Limited to coordinate an international healthcare enquiry.
Rilova’s role
Rilova provides non-clinical coordination, communication and medical travel assistance. Rilova is not the treating healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, guarantee admission or determine treatment.
Accurate information
Users must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must not submit another person’s medical or personal information without appropriate authority.
Independent providers
Hospitals, physicians, visa authorities, airlines, accommodation providers and other third parties are independent from Rilova. Their decisions, services, availability, prices, terms and clinical outcomes remain their responsibility.
Estimates and payments
Hospital estimates are supplied by the relevant provider and may change following assessment, tests or changes in treatment. Any Rilova coordination fee and any hospital or third-party charge should be identified separately before commitment where reasonably possible.
No guarantees
Rilova cannot guarantee medical outcomes, treatment suitability, response times, appointment dates, hospital admission, visa approval, travel availability or final costs.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, upload unlawful or malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or submit false or misleading information.
Limitation and complaints
Concerns about Rilova’s coordination service should be sent to info@rilovabd.com. Concerns about clinical care must be addressed to the relevant healthcare provider. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Rilova may update these terms as its services develop. The current version will be published on this page.
