No. Rilova is a medical travel coordination company. We don't diagnose, treat, or provide medical care — that's always the responsibility of the hospital and doctors you're referred to.
No. Admission and treatment decisions are made entirely by the hospital's medical team after reviewing your case. Rilova helps prepare and submit your information, but we can't influence or guarantee their decision.
No. Visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. We help you prepare a complete, accurate application, but we have no influence over the final decision.
Any Rilova coordination fee and any known third-party cost will be explained before you decide to proceed. Hospital, doctor, visa, travel and accommodation charges are set by the relevant provider or authority and may change. Ask for a written cost breakdown for your case.
We most often help patients consider Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and India, along with a few additional destinations depending on the specialty needed. See our Destinations page for details.
Get in touch anyway. The list reflects common enquiry areas. Contact us and we can check whether an appropriate provider is available to review your case; availability and clinical suitability cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Most patients travel with a family member or caregiver, and our accommodation and visa support extends to them as well.
Submit the Medical Case Intake form with your concern, preferences and any relevant reports. We review the information for completeness, confirm consent and intended recipients, and then discuss suitable next steps. Hospital review, acceptance, treatment advice and timelines remain with the provider.
Our team typically responds within one to two business days. Hospital evaluation timelines vary and depend on the complexity of your case.
We consider the patient's stated needs, preferred destination and publicly available or hospital-provided information. The receiving hospital's clinical team alone decides whether it can evaluate or accept a case. A listing or introduction does not imply an exclusive partnership or endorsement.
We request your consent before sharing medical records with an intended hospital or provider. We only ask for information relevant to coordination, and you should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
No. Rilova is not an emergency service. If you or the patient may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate medical facility immediately.
